    Wow, it almost seems like a contradiction for these Indian people to be like this. I usually picture them wearing red dots, eating curry and bollywood dancing all day, but this is like seeing indian people in an alternate universe.

    its a bit short but u cud just repeat it for a longer workout, or follow other videos for other exercises, it realy works better than buying expensive DVD’s. oh and works better if u control some calories

    I am not sure why people comment on race and on dance technique. It is still a workout with fun. It is not that they are performing dance. Anything which can make us enjoy the workout routine is good otherwise gym routines are quite boring.

    I just came across this work out and like it. Once you do it a couple of times you’ll catch on the moves and it is a very good aerobic work out.
