Martial Arts Aerobic Exercise with Punching Bag
I was just having a little fun while exercising and thought I’d show how bad I suck at kicking a punching bag.=D So its quite hot here in Houston, and there is almost no wind blowing at the time I recorded this so I often had to step out of the garage just to breathe. Also, sorry about the lacking of illumination in my garage since I only have about two yellow light bulbs which wouldn’t have made any difference anyways. My plan is aerobic exercise for an hour or two in the morning, then anaerobic workout for abs and lower body in the evening. Song: Zhou Jie Lun by Jay Chou
