    It is meant to challenge you but eventually you will start to adjust and be able to continue through.

    3 times a week is a great start. You can work up to 4-5 times a week but you want to allow a few days for rest and recovery.

    speaking as someone who has done this workout too many times to count….this workout will kick you into the best shape of your life and ANYONE can do. If you cant do the whole workout the first time its okay. I was a scrawny 13 year old kid and now i’ve been a regular for five years…..AWESOME CLASS!!! Anthony you’re the man

    I’ve always thought they best way to get the most out of your workout is to move straight from one work out to another. Minimize your breaks and keep working hard even if it is at lower weights then you would normally do. This will keep your metabolism higher for a longer period.
